I was wine tasting at the Sanford Winery in Santa Barbara County. At the entrance, there’s a green Ford truck to welcome visitors. It was a bright spring day, I walked over to get a closer look and take some pics. The truck was green, weathered and rusty…just beautiful. The shadows were so dramatic on the cab, I knew this old truck would be great subject for a painting.
